This list was put together by kallen@cs.utk.edu. All bad trader reports should be sent to him, not to the web page maintainer.

All comments and suggestions about this list should be sent to him- I am just providing WWW space for the list, to make it easily available to people who want to trade. Good luck trading!

A week later his check was returned in : the mail and it appears that the check could be counterfeit : because the Italian bank whose check it supposedly was wouldn't : accept it. I have e-mailed Frederico Scarpino about the problem : but he has not responded." - Brian Cocks Update : Yet another person, Barratt Moy (moybarra@egr.msu.edu), has : come forward, saying that Mr. Scarpino took several cards in : a trade and never sent his half of the exchange. Rebuttal : Mr. Scarpino has sent e-mail to me stating that he has shipped : cards to Mr. Carpinello twice, and has the recepit from the : local post office. He also said he would work with Mr. Carpinello : to try and solve this problem. He also stated that the report : notification was the first he'd heard of a problem with Mr. : Cocks, and that he would look into this matter as well. There is no good traders list available here, but there is a link to one below. To find more good traders lists, I would suggest that whenever you make a successful trade with someone, ask them to give you a list of who they have traded with in the past that they would consider good traders. Although this wouldn't be a comprehensive list, it should help, and you can always pass these lists onto others when you trade with them, hopefully making the net a nicer place.
