This list was put together by kallen@cs.utk.edu. All bad trader reports should be sent to him, not to the web page maintainer.
All comments and suggestions about this list should be sent to him- I am just providing WWW space for the list, to make it easily available to people who want to trade. Good luck trading!
The rules for the Magic Trader's Advisory List will be as follows:
The list will *not* include those accused of making bids on cards then dropping out of sight. While this is an annoying practice, including it in this list would seriously inflate its size. The main purpose of this list is to identify rip-off artists.
The list will also *not* include people accused of mis-grading cards, unless doing so constitutes major fraud. For instance, someone selling a tourney illegal, dog chewed Black Lotus as Near Mint would be a candidate for inclusion. Someone who sold a couple of Fair Kird Apes as Excellent, however, would not. As a general rule, if someone sells something as tournament legal, and it is, they are not a candidate for inclusion.
The list will also include some details of the accused bad trader's actions. Finally, if the accused bad trader contests the accusation, their rebuttal will be noted.

There is no good traders list available here, but there is a link to one below. To find more good traders lists, I would suggest that whenever you make a successful trade with someone, ask them to give you a list of who they have traded with in the past that they would consider good traders. Although this wouldn't be a comprehensive list, it should help, and you can always pass these lists onto others when you trade with them, hopefully making the net a nicer place.
